About Me
I am a natural light and lifestyle photographer. I was born and raised in the Midwest, and while having an inherent love of travel my home and heart will always be here. I am the middle child with an instinct of first observing and then creating. As a child, my parents were diligent about taking photos to capture every memory, and it was contagious. I started shooting at a fairly young age using the same Pentax that my dad used when he was in the navy. My parents were gracious enough to let me turn a storage room in our basement into a dark room and thus began my business. I took photos and told the stories of anyone who would let me. From simple day in the life stories to dramatic over the top infrared fashion shoots, I established my passion. I rounded out my love with a degree in photography, specializing in portrait from the University of Central Missouri. Not a day goes by where I am not thankful for the people and resourses that have allowed me to do what I love.
